Great Question.So Obama is to speak at the Dallas Memorial Service for those who died on that tragic night. What can he possibly talk about given all of the circumstances that lead up to the Dallas Shooting? Will those attending the service be allowed to bring signs? And will those at the service not be allowed to speak back at Obama, maybe they will just make sure there are no microphones anywhere near the "Folks" in the gathering.
