wonder why the dnc is putting up a huge wall around their philly venue? in fact the wall is made so one can not climb on it...so the entire demorat party once again shows their true colors...

he Secret Service special agent in charge of security during the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia next month said there will be a security perimeter around the Wells Fargo Complex that will extend higher than five feet.

The DNC’s annual event will include “no-scale fencing,” Special Agent James Henry told NBC10.com.

Henry noted that the specifics about the “perimeter” have not yet been finalized.

This year’s Democratic National Convention will take place July 25-28 in Philadelphia, marking the second time in less than a year that the City of Brotherly Love has hosted a high profile event necessitating a National Special Security Event (NSSE) designation from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

Last year, Pope Francis visited Philadelphia in a historic visit that also triggered an NSSE designation for its potential as a target of terrorism, mass protest, or criminal activity.

Henry downplayed the possible security risks that the DNC might produce.

“This is not the papal visit. This is much smaller in scope and much smaller in scale,” he said. “So the security footprint is going to be much smaller. The impacts are really minimal. We’re fortunate the sports
complex is more isolated, certainly than the papal visit in Center City.”

However, disenchanted Bernie Sanders supporters have spent months publicly planning events with the expressed purpose of clashing with law enforcement and staging a violent disruption at the Democratic National Convention.

More the 1,500 people have accepted invitations to the “9.9 million person march” to “occupy the convention, it would mean a shutdown of the city for 2 days and the most massive protest since the revolutionary war.”

Henry said FDR Park officials will be on patrol outside of the security perimeter, reiterating that every detail has not been decided.

“It’s still in a little bit of flux,” he said. “Not unlike the papal visit, the perimeter was in a state of flux for, really, up until a couple weeks, if not even closer, to the event, before it was firmed up.”

About 2 months ago I sent the GOPe an email, detailing if they change the rules or some other BS all in an effort to deny Trump the nomination, that I would never vote for another GOP candidate again.

The people voted for Trump and he won.

If the delegates won’t follow what the masses voted for, that relegates the concept of fair voting in America to the trash heap of history.

It also negates the theories of gotta vote for the lesser of 2 evils to keep the worst out of office, a third party vote ensures the other will win, you’re voting checkers while they’re voting chess, etc.

Almost every last one of the GOPe needs to be kicked to the curb. Their constant bashing of Trump - you know, the GOP candidate the masses voted for - has pissed me off to no end.

The GOPe can KMA.

If the GOP pulls some banana republic shit, I just won’t vote.

I believe some of these jack asses believe the huge increase in turn out has nothing to do with Trump.

If Trump is not the nominee, I will write in Trump for every race, state and local until my dying day.

It won’t happen. Articles like these are meant to feed paranoia and provide fodder for the left and for the #NeverTrump losers. I’ll be quite glad when the convention is over and we don’t have to read any more of this crap.

I’m not so certain. A lot of politicians get cushy jobs at lobbying firms or government contractors when they leave office. Plus there is always a new RINO to replace them and to carry on the march to the NWO.

It will quickly make the Republicans the 3rd party.

Or better yet, the forgotten party. We no longer have any use for them. The sooner it dies and is buried the better. I hope that decent people get that.
