Prosecuting future violators of 18 USC 793? How?

How will the DOJ prosecute anyone in the future who grossly mishandles classified information?

Any defense attorney worth his retainer fee will use "The Hillary Defense".

"My client did mishandle classified information, but it was not willfull and intentional misuse. And, may I say your honor, that the former Secretary of State did the same, if not more, than my client did and no charges were pursued against her. I respectfully ask that this case be dismissed."

The same way they prosecute people for perjury. The laws for little people don’t apply to the Clintons, and apparently half or more of the public doesn’t care.

Is the client Hillary Clinton?

No?

Then prosecute as a normal, stinking peon.

This whole mother fuching fedgov is null and void.

I hope its open season on any fedgov agent trying to enforce the law on anyone.

They have lost all credibility and authority to enforce the law.

This is why the rinos must go. This is why the uniparty must go.

No more chances. They had a final opportunity to do the right thing here and fuched it up royally.

People in ‘power’ should be MORE culpable. They make decisions that effect all of us. No one should be above the law, even the king. It’s that whole 800 year old Magna Carta thing.

It’s not even a government anymore, just a crime family.

With Comey as a new member.

I can't figure the RINOs.

OK. You don't like Trump and are expending every last ounce of energy and money to defeat him.

Instead of going after Hillary.

That's a given for the party of weasels, but COME ON!

If there is ever a chance to show that republicans stand for the rule of law, THIS IS IT!

Give us a REASON to vote republican.

Apparently that message hasn't penetrated those thick elephant skulls.

You stand around with thumbs up your anus, and you get a BIG surprise at the end.

You don't get re-elected, or elected in the first place.

Then where are your perks and bribes you love so much?

The price of membership into the DC Cartel ? If you have to ask, you cannot afford it.

If accused is a Clinton or friend of Clinton
then exit
else proceed to trial.

Basically they set the precedent...

They set no precedent in a court of law and that is all that matters. This was only a political precedent and it does not apply to anyone by Hitlery (or other leftists the DNC wants to protect).
