Anyone, media or not, has the absolute right to record anyone doing anything on a public way at any time. That woman is in violation of the law. The only way she can stop them is to remove herself from a public way, she has no reasonable expectation of privacy there.
Having said this...what all is this person trying to hide? Isn’t she proud of what she’s doing? Why, I’d think the anti Trump folks would be proud of their actions!
