name a fat #### LOL. If someone says to me you’re a fat #### I will say you are correct.
I have too much else to worry about than someone’s comments or a depiction and a movie. Though I do need to lose the weight. What a faggot Society we have now. figuratively and literally.
American attitudes about girth were also different a hundred plus years ago. Thinness was a sign of poverty and/or some wasting illness like "Consumption" (Tuberculosis). In the 1920's fashion worshipped flat chested boyish figures on women.
So decade by decade the peception of beauty changes. Lately that's driven by the disproportionately "queer" mob running entertainment and the media. Convincing girls that they should starve' themselves to look like pubescent boys, and their resulting distorted self image, is a consequence of giving these perverts free reign.
If I recall, the dance instructor in "Lilo and Stitch" was pretty big too.
seems like the morbidly obese are trying to justify overeating.
Making a Polynesian demigod big all over makes perfect sense to me. However, I really dislike the head: both the face, and its proportion to the body. Instead of looking imposing and powerful, it looks stupid.
“I wouldn’t call him fat. He’s got a weight problem. What’s the n***** gonna do? He’s Samoan.”
Jules Winnfield, Pulp Fiction
During the off season Danny went on a regime to get down to a svelte playing weight of just 335 pounds. He and the team are hoping he can maintain that through training camp and the season, but it will take effort. He’s just naturally BIG. Lost around thirty to forty pounds from his rookie year playing weight. That cartoon image isn’t at all far off the mark or insulting to Polynesians.
1. Black female 57%
2. Hispanic female 36%
3. White females 26%
4. Asian females 13%
Impossible to appease.
A trait shared by muslims.
So why try, with either?
That’s clearly linked to economics if you ask me. Food that is good for you is expensive. Meat, fresh veggies, etc..
Food that is bad, high carbs, canned products and processed food is very cheap.
I spend $5 for lunch on a quick sandwich in the cafeteria. If I want the salad bar, $7 at least. Hold the carbs please.
It’s much cheaper to each junk. If it’s in a box, I don’t buy it. (except pasta)
Speaking of black females obesity, I heard somebody say that this tendency of black wimen to be obese is a carryover from slave days.
The thinking was that a slave woman would be used in every possible way by the master. And that black slave women overate to be heavy, so as to be unattractive to the master for some things he might want to use his slave girl for.
It sounds far fetched. But so many other things are blamed on the legacy of slavery. So add black women obesity to the list.
Yes I fully remember the Dan Quayle event and how liberals and the media jumped all.over him.
And partly due to such reactions, we never hear out of wedlock pregnancy or single motherhood discussed as problems in this country. That topic is off limits. We aren’t allowed to discuss how children are raised or by whom. Otherwise we will be condemned for bringing up the subject.
There are way more fat Polynesians than skinny ones...
I doubt that during slavery the average young woman had the option to eat enough to get fat. She would be working hard and probably never had enough high calorie food.
Many of us grew up with Barbie and G.I. Joe and turned out just fine.
I agree. It sounds far fetched that black slave women overate to be less attractive to their master. But just passing along what I had heard, as absurd as it may sound.
I haven’t seen it, but I saw a story that Finding Dory had a “transitioning” stingray. True, or was Ellen joking about that? Sick if true.
Couldn’t you just promote him to tank?
Thank you and the big guy for your service.
They demanded fat Barbie. They celebrate a new comic character named Faith, who is an overweight female superhero. But now we’re learning that it’s back to “fat is bad.”
What it really is is, “You’re wrong no matter what you say!”
