I really hope so. If ever a company's actions warranted one, the whole Win 10 hustle/fraud certainly does.
I hope so...arrogant bastards.
MS needs to be sued for this.
I would join a class action lawsuit, but would not expect to see much money after the sharks (lawyers) finish their feeding frenzy. Still, it would be nice to jab a stick in Microsoft’s eye for corrupting a computer with Windows 10 at work against our wishes.
In the meantime, anyone can hit Microsoft in the pocketbook another way: switch to Linux instead. No more money from me!
“Well now, do I smell a class-action lawsuit coming soon? “
shoulda been one at least a year ago. and i think $10,000.00 per affected PC sounds about right.

I believe dayglored and many others are already aware of this event, and have been for some time now.
I was working on the computer when they installed window10 without permission. It took a long time to install and there are changes here and there but overall it runs fine.
I was on vacation in Britain for two weeks. One of our tour guides told me this happened to him and it was a disaster for his little van tour business. Lost a lot of his business records and emails from customers.
