I guess he really didn’t see Brexit coming, otherwise he would have done it today.
OTOH, someone had better look to see what “Friday Gifts” Obama has left. Maybe next year, cars must get 200MPG, or all new shower heads must have 30-second timers with 3-hour resets, and water heaters can only heat to 100 degrees F. That kind of crap.
