Kind of like not eating meat on Friday?
Many religions have ridiculous culinary customs.
I can not like them for being bloodthirsty a-holes. But picking on them for the details of their “customs” is not much fun. Some of our “customs” are stupid too. (Turkey for Thanksgiving, etc)
