I love my Roku. It is a truly great gadget. Perfect for watching YouTube videos, Netflix and Amazon Prime on your HDTV.
And, the big plus, a remote you don’t have to look at to use and an interface that your wife and your kids can master. No more Smart Hub for me.
If you have a cable subscription, there are many TV channel apps for your android devices.

That accounts for 99% of my TV time. The exception is a rare sports event, major news item. For daily news, I read online and listen to both AM radio and XM Sirius which includes Fox News, etc.
