Mmmm, we owe them a lot of money, we have already lost California to Mexico, maybe we could work out a deal where we have kind of a fake war with China, so the illegals leave and in the end China gets California for the billions of Treasuries.
Most of the illegals, and a lot of the legal immigrants have about as much loyalty to the US as the residents of a fleabag hotel or flophouse have to their place of residence. That’s why I think that immigrants should have to wait 18 years AFTER they become citizens to be eligible to vote. That would give them a stake in the country, and not just the ability to vote to give other people’s money to themselves.
I do not want war, but that makes war sound less terrible. It would be ironic if a civil war over the rule of law (including deporting the illegal criminals) started, and the illegals fled as soon as it began. Since leftists are sissies, that could be the shortest civil war in history - just build the wall before the aliens can come back.
Then let Congress decide who gets to come back and how many, and enforce those laws, as set by Congress, strictly.

Why the hell would ANY illegal alien want citizenship? They get all the benefits of citizenship (voting rights, welfare, political power, right to commit crimes, free health care, free education) with ZERO responsibilities (taxes, the draft, jury duty).

Americans simply cannot comprehend the time scale in which the Chinese think. For Americans, a decade is a ling time. China has the attitude that the were the world’s dominent superpower, or at least one of them, both economically and militarialy, for many hundreds of years over the last two and a half millenia. Sure they got bent over by the west and then an insane dictatorship for a hundred years or so but that’s no more than a brief 5 gane losing streak in a 162 game season from their perspective. Even our savviest and most powerful politicians have to worry about the next tlection here.
Don’t need a war. Just deny them any benefits whatsoever and do away with sanctuary cities. They’ll self deport.
