Pigs... trichinosis?
Trichinosis is a roundworm parasite. I found two: Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease and Kuru disease associated with canabilism but they seem to be like mad cow disease, and some of them are genetically transmitted and don’t require an active infection present.
So stay away from pig brains?
I don’t know maybe I’m just grasping at straws.
