Plenty of articles of Professor Klug, whom the shooter killed (a young father and excellent teacher, by all accounts) -- but no articles or photos of the shooter himself!
Praying for Prof. Klug and his family.
One of the articles had it. I googled “shooter ucla klug”.
Probably right, but the Religion of Peace is well established in that part of the world, if my memory serves.
Almost certainly an H1B. And just as certainly that's why his personal details are not being discussed in the 5th Column press.
Well, that’s just a minor detail. I like my story much better.
I also heard he Howard had several more clips for his automatic revolver.
H1B is a work visa that allows U.S. employers to temporarily employ foreign workers in specialty occupations. Sarkar was likely here on a student visa, an entirely different matter from an H1B.
Mainak Sarkar
An article I read said the shooter was white, but a few paragraphs later said his name was Mainar Sarkar, which I think is Indian and not exactly white.
I think that is Wm Klug, a victim.
There haven’t been decent power chords since the 80s...

“Mainak Sarkar fatally shot his professor William Klug inside an engineering building on the University of California, Los Angeles campus on Wednesday before shooting himself.”
Oops Mainak Sarkar not Mainar Sarkar.
Later was student. But look at his history. Graduated in India and then worked at Infosys and others. This is the H1B gateway into the US. Later he became a grad student, finishing his Ph.D in 2011. He was doing some post-grad work and flipped out.

The gift of understatement. Heh.
