Solar heated water in the nether regions causes a sub surface punctuated polar water vortex (ssppwv) that submerges heated water and elevates cooled. As the cooled water stabilizes, it warms until the next rotational incident, the frequency of which has yet to be determined but appears to follow a weibull distribution. Thus, the antarctic oceans are dramatically warming, despite the apparent contrary evidence. Only significant governmental financial intervention will resolve this catastrophe!
