A 45-year-old man has been charged with a hate crime after allegedly using a racial epithet while stabbing another man on the Washington Street Bridge late Sunday.
Todd Light was going home Sunday night, and stopped on the bridge to look at the Chicago River, when a man approached him, demanded his wallet, and stabbed him multiple times in the abdomen.
Light fought back, and held down his attacker until police arrived.
“I hit him until he dropped the knife and stopped trying to kill me, because I didn’t want to get stabbed again,” he told CBS 2’s Brad Edwards.

There are entire industries like Blacklivesmatter (From George Soros) dedicated to drumming up fake instances of "hate," while every day actual hate crimes occur and all we hear are crickets.

Years ago I paid at a restaurant and caught up with the family. A black man confronted me—I had never seen him before—and demanded a ride, and he seemed angry.
I told him if I had to talk to management he would be run-off the premises. I wasn’t about to leave my family though.
I reached into my front pocket where my Beretta Tomcat lived at the time, kept it there and that got his attention. He shut up and left. I called the restaurant from home and described him.
More recently, up-armed with a larger caliber in a waist pack,
I got out of my car in a small shopping mall to pick up pizza and saw two young black guys. We all eyeballed one another for 2,3 seconds, almost as if acknowledging we knew we were all strapped.
You’re rght and it’s too bad. Obama has made it worse but it has always been a world of wolves, sheep and shepherd dogs.

They hate us because they are incited to do so by their “leaders”; when they are children the incitement is from the “parents”.
My children have been warned of this phenomenon; they won’t be caught unawares.

The victim's kitty is at least that high, the perp, not so much.
I refuse to believe black people are inherently evil because of the color of their skin.
Where the evil lies is in the government and other institutions assigning blame and opprobrium on white people, just because of the color of their skin.
All while accusing white people of being "privileged" and/or "racist" unless of a Leftist political bent.
It's not much of a "privilege" to have governments/institutions deny/minimize/de-legitimize or try to coerce into subservience a citizen of their personal moral authority and dignity just because they happen to be white.
