Because, while getting fat usually results in larger breasts, it does not usually result in especially protuberant buttocks. That is much more a genetic thing.

Recently. My theory is that since photographs of naked or nearly-naked women of natural proportions have become so commonplace, many men can only be turned on by bizarrely unnatural proportions.
