Alas, that historic post from many years ago by jqp on FR, which decoded the Starr Report’s footnotes about Jane Doe 5, and then got Bill Clinton impeached, was deleted to due sloppy scripting.

For the record: I was not involved in the script programming that deleted the original, exclusive, historic Broaddrick report on this website.
I’ll add that Roger Stone was not involved during the original investigation.
