COLUMBIA, SC
A woman who was on probation on a drug charge and has a long police record has been charged with murder in what Columbia police said Thursday resulted from an argument over her payment for sex.
Natila J. Tucker, 41, has been charged with murder and possession of a stolen vehicle, in connection with Sundays shooting death of 25-year-old Tyron Donoven Jackson at North Columbias Coronet Motel, police said. Jackson was killed by a shot to the head, police said.
Detectives had been looking for Tucker as a person of interest in the case. They found her early Thursday morning walking near the intersection of Main Street and Elmwood Avenue.
Tucker went to police headquarters where she was questioned.
Investigators said she argued and fought with Jackson about money for sex. An employee found the mans body Sunday in a room at the motel, police said.
The shooting was an isolated incident that happened after Jackson picked Tucker up on the street, police spokeswoman Jennifer Timmons said.
Tucker was on two years probation for a conviction in January on a cocaine charge, according to her police record.
She has a long rap sheet dating back to 1994, including convictions for pointing a firearm at a person, pointing a firearm at a person while on probation, and battery of a high and aggravated nature. She has been arrested five times on prostitution-related charges.
She was taken to the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center where she will await a bond hearing.
He picked her up for sex?

Was she paying him or was he paying her?
Wow That dude must have been so desperate for sex to pay and play around with that. LOL
Now who is the whore and who was the John? Did “It” wanted to pay the victim for sex? or did the victim wanted to pay “It” for sex.
