I dread the day when I have to switch or buy a computer with Win10.

I switched from 7 to 10. Honestly, I haven't noticed much of a difference, except for one thing -- sometimes when I type in my password to log-on and hit enter, the little circle spins, and spins, and spins...And doesn't log on. I've tried leaving it for an hour, nothing. The only thing to do is hard shutdown and reboot. It's not earth-shattering, but it's a pain and frankly unacceptable.
I've read that it's caused by some sort of hangup in the shell.

I bought a win10 surface 3. The camera app wouldn’t work and I had to do a system reinstall, which was no big deal. Also I’ve had to reset IE11, because YouTube suddenly quit working. And forget using my fingers so scroll. Use the stylus. Other than that it’s settling down. I did buy the extended warrantee and drop/spill/tech support. Also I upgraded my 2009 Toshiba without a hitch over a fresh win7 install.

I turned on my computer one morning a few weeks ago and it said Welcome to Windows 10. Needless to say I was pissed. I never gave permission for the upgrade.
Everything looks the same as 8.1. There were a few problems with my router but otherwise, seems to be working ok.
