Yesterday, I, Steven Crowder, told you that there was more to come. Well, its coming. And there is faaaaar more behind the scenes than can even be disclosed here. So please bookmark this site and check back, or join the mailing list here. As a matter of fact, this simple, legal petition for information was a long-time coming. Recent events have only required the timeline be sped up. Below is the official statement and motion filed by my legal representation. I encourage you to read it in its entirety so that you will understand, this is an issue regarding transparency and the trust of business clients (as well as users), NOT merely censorship which Facebook has the right to do. Its high time people stop complaining and somebody do something about it. Well, here we go Dallas, TexasIn light of the recent allegations brought to our attention by Michael Nunez and Gizmodo.com, Steven Crowder is taking steps to determine what, if any, legal action is necessary to address the assertions that he has been targeted by Facebook for suppression due to his conservative political commentary. The Gizmodo.com story coincides with, and now potentially provides an explanation for, Facebooks mismanagement of payments made to Facebook by Mr. Crowder and its woefully biased and unprofessional treatment of his accounts during an ongoing billing dispute. Simultaneously, Facebook has chosen to avoid any transparency in the ongoing removal of certain political posts by Mr. Crowder, ignoring all requests for explanation of purported policy violations. These issues have been ignored by Facebook and its Legal Department despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue on his behalf. Facebooks ongoing refusal to take action regarding their clear-cut, inexcusable financial errors has necessitated that preliminary legal steps be taken. It is fully understood that Facebook has every right to curate any content they so desire on their platform. However, Facebooks bullying methods of operation in tandem with both the long-standing evidence of misconduct and the allegations newly brought to light require further investigation given the direct financial ramifications on business clients acting in trust with Facebook. As part of this investigation, a petition for pre-suit discovery has been filed in Dallas County, Texas seeking discovery from Facebook regarding the actions of its News Feed curators as well as its billing department. A copy is attached. Mr. Crowder is confident that Facebook will promptly and transparently address the request for information.

Just Facebook or all social media?
You do realize Facebook is only as ‘intelligent’ as your friends are right?
“All you have to do is click on the link.”
It’s just that easy.
Mostly just Farcebook. Mostly.
Mr. Crowder is confident that Facebook will promptly and transparently address the request for information.
I have a feeling that Mr. Crowder would be wrong.
For those of us averse to using facebook, how about using disqus on your website?
As much as I might want to comment on an article, I refuse to log in on a facebook account to do so.
Doesn’t Farcebook have a disclaimer stating “We here at Farcebook determine what is trending”.. THEY SHOULD BE REQUIRED TO!
Brilliant strategy that worked on me. I really wanted to see your post, so I went to your website.
p.s. Dump facebook for your comment section and install disqus.
Well, they used to say that you can pick your friends and you can pick your nose but you can’t pick your friends nose.
Today, I think just about anything goes.
BTW Steven, you should get together with Judicial Watch. They are the only group who seems to be able to crack the leftist egg in court.
Ditto that!
Facebook-Zuckerberg, and Google are enemies of liberty, free speech and privacy rights.
Do not enable them.

How is it any different from LinkedIn or Twitter etc?
Those people are easily blocked from your scroll. It’s all highly customizable.
Anyways, good luck. Love your activism.
I have a FB account. Use it to keep in touch with the relatives back east. Don’t think I’ve ever clicked on any of their ‘trending’ news and rarely even looked at it. The few times I looked it was all about some inconsequential entertainer.
RACIST!
FReegards ;)
I got your race card right here:
I am sorry if I wasn’t very clear, don’t get me wrong FB is a tool like any other and it can be used or misused. It requires discipline and discrimination to filter out the junk but it seems to me that the generation the that has grown up with FB largely gravitates toward the lower levels of mental stimulation available there.
Feel free to expand upon this apt description at your leisure.
Thanks Mr. Crowder for standing up for yourself !
