There’s only one Democratic candidate not linked to an ongoing FBI investigation, and his name is Bernie Sanders. Vermont’s Senator will become Democratic nominee for many reasons, but a cyber hacker named “Guccifer” just solidified the fact only one candidate can type an email without scandal. Superdelegates exist so that Republicans like Donald Trump won’t use FBI investigations and foreign hackers against a Democratic nominee.
Forget about foreign hackers for a moment, and listen to the words of Defense Secretary Robert Gates. These words are highlighted in a Hill article titled Ex-Pentagon chief: Iran, China or Russia may have gotten to Clinton server:
Former Defense Secretary Robert Gates says he believes foreign countries like Russia, China and Iran may have hacked the private email server Hillary Clinton used while secretary of State. “...I think the odds are pretty high,” he said Gates said he agreed with former acting CIA Director Mike Morell’s claim that the server had probably been hacked by either Russia, China or Iran. He added that the fact that classified intelligence has been found on the server was “a concern for me.” “I never used email when I was head of CIA or head of the Department of Defense,” Gates said.
Gates believes other nations most likely compromised Clinton’s server. If you don’t trust the recent statements of a Romanian hacker (I believe him), do you trust the views of President Obama’s former Defense Secretary?
Furthermore, imagine if anyone else had endured a year-long FBI criminal investigation. As The Wall Street Journal stated in March, “The criminal investigation into Mrs. Clinton’s email setup is clearly progressing, leaving some officials hopeful the case could wrap up in a matter of months.”

We know for certain at least one account on her server was compromised and that Hillary sent Sid Blewthemall classified material to the account that was compromised. In and of itself a crime. IMO, it is redundant to ask whether her server was hacked. It was. Question is did anyone get further penetration than Guccifier?
The other angle of compromise would be her unsecure Blackberry. We all saw her using it and so did the KGB. Mossad, etc. All a Blackberry is is a radio device. You can bet with certainty her radio was eavesdropped on and that she was tracked using something like the Stingray Tracking device. How smart was it for a SoS to carry a tracking beacon in her purse?
I’m curious about that too. I don’t know what the DOJ faced getting Guccifer extradited here involved. We can only keep him for eighteen months. What amazes is the FBI is allowing him access to the media.
The only thing that makes sense to me is the FBI is in a war with Clinton. They know Lynch and Obama are going to sit on the evidence. The only option the FBI has is to try Clinton in the court of public opinion. With her approval ratings plummeting, I’d say the FBI is seeing results.
Between the FBI and Trump I think Hillary won’t make it to the convention.
Agreed, sit back and keep popping the corn until it is official that Killary is the nominee and then let the feasting on her corrupt soul begin. The Biden/Warren ticket is a scary proposition because that would be a tough ticket to beat with the 47% start they have.

So far the info coming out counters your argument. That info is sourced from the FBI. It looks to me like the FBI has already put Hillary on trial. Letting Guccifer spill his guts in interviews stateside counters Hillary supporters’ claim that even with classified information on the private server it wasn’t a problem because PROBABLY no foreign government accessed it.
Can you see how valuable it is to roll out a Romanian hacker who makes a living by driving a taxi that did get into her server? Now Gates , Obama’s SecDef, has gone public stating he believes foreign governments got into the server.
We’re seeing Hillary tried in the press. From where I sit her approval numbers tell me what the jury (the voters) is deciding. Her approval numbers are steadily dropping.
Isn’t they a deadline in some states for declaring as a candidate?
One prediction: Hillary will drop out by August.
But the courts are usually willing to order late filings in the situations where the original candidate drops out.
I certainly hope it is after the DNC convention. The later the better.
Hillary will have to address this, constantly during her candidacy. Between this, the Obama recession, and her only platform as being a women and Trump lambasting her for help the first pervert - she’s toast.
Superdelegates exist so that the Democratic Party won’t nominate George McGovern again. They haven’t noticed that (1) McGovern is dead and (2) he would be considered too far to the right in today’s Democratic Party.
I’ve been watching the Clintons for almost 25 years now. They’re going to skate, like everytime prior.
They may skate. The price will be Hillary dropping out of the race. She’s being tried in the court of public opinion and based on her approval rating she’s losing her case.
