There’s only one Democratic candidate not linked to an ongoing FBI investigation, and his name is Bernie Sanders. Vermont’s Senator will become Democratic nominee for many reasons, but a cyber hacker named “Guccifer” just solidified the fact only one candidate can type an email without scandal. Superdelegates exist so that Republicans like Donald Trump won’t use FBI investigations and foreign hackers against a Democratic nominee.
Forget about foreign hackers for a moment, and listen to the words of Defense Secretary Robert Gates. These words are highlighted in a Hill article titled Ex-Pentagon chief: Iran, China or Russia may have gotten to Clinton server:
Former Defense Secretary Robert Gates says he believes foreign countries like Russia, China and Iran may have hacked the private email server Hillary Clinton used while secretary of State. “...I think the odds are pretty high,” he said Gates said he agreed with former acting CIA Director Mike Morell’s claim that the server had probably been hacked by either Russia, China or Iran. He added that the fact that classified intelligence has been found on the server was “a concern for me.” “I never used email when I was head of CIA or head of the Department of Defense,” Gates said.
Gates believes other nations most likely compromised Clinton’s server. If you don’t trust the recent statements of a Romanian hacker (I believe him), do you trust the views of President Obama’s former Defense Secretary?
Furthermore, imagine if anyone else had endured a year-long FBI criminal investigation. As The Wall Street Journal stated in March, “The criminal investigation into Mrs. Clinton’s email setup is clearly progressing, leaving some officials hopeful the case could wrap up in a matter of months.”

Guccifer’s claim doesn’t mean shite unless he can show the world copies of the 38,000 emails he supposedly hacked from Hillary’s server, including all the ones that no one has every seen before.

Intent would make it more “intense” in a jury’s mind, and would probably affect a judge at sentencing, but not required for conviction.

I thought McCain would blow out communist Obama. I knew for sure that Romney would crush Obama after that horrendous first term.
Now I’m not sure of anything anymore. The 47% will vote for him as will as 3/4 of the under-30 crowd and all the true believers.
Not going to happen. Even if Comey goes with the flow, a lot of pissed off FBI agents will leak plenty.
Hillary was one of the original Birthers, and spent money and time trying to uncover something on Obama’s past.

Even if Hillary were elected, she and her constituents would lose.
The Dems are scared to death of a Bernie nomination and will do anything to hand it to Hillary. Only after the convention will the DOJ & FBI indict Hillary so they can hand the nomination to Uncle Joe (with Warren as his most likely runing mate.)

Obviously Guccifer is real. I’m curious why the FBI talked to Guccifer in the Romanian prison at least two years ago and just got around to extraditing him recently. And by agreement with Romania can only keep him here for 18 months.
Most super delegates are elected politicians.
If Hill & Bill get indicted on many various counts these supers will jump Ship as to not seem to become somehow complicit.
They still need re-election and coupling your desires with these two scum will not be a resume enhancer.

If he goes now (he looks ill) how would a state funeral affect the election?
But with all this FBI stuff threatening her chances of winning, maybe the DNC should give her a royal sendoff into the sunset, pick Bernie or Joe and Warren as VP pick, train her on the job for a couple of years and then have her take over.
May be their best play.

We are better off with Hillary in the race. Trump would beat up biden/warren badly, but Fauxahontas would attract the disaffected Sanders voters.
