I won’t be plagued by any such dilemma. Go Trump!
In other news: Water is wet and the Sun is warm. . .
What a load of crap, IBD used to present value to its readers.
hated Hillary since 1992
You should change the name of your site from IBD to “The Daily Squat”.
I agree. I’m tired of the nameless “staff” putting out what looks like to me politically biased information.
The other side of this hate coin is who likes either one better, but Trump is automatically put in a hate focus that semi-equates him with Hillary.
What the establishment media doesn’t understand is how Trump has survived after their incredible attempt to marginalize him and why Hillary’s negatives are so high after all they have done to support her. Here is a clue: six percent of the public trusts you.
This presidential election might just depend on which candidate the public despises the least come November. Either way, its a good bet the nation will end up regretting its choice.
BTW: My ad tracker blocker says it had to block at least 18 ad tracker services on this site.
Easy.
What is Trump’s message? We need more jobs for people to work.
What is Clinton’s message? I am woman, hear me roar.
It’ll be a base turnout election. Expect a lot of negativity as the nominees attempt to push down the other side’s numbers.
Hillary will also go “full-Bernie” promising a lot of ‘free stuff’. The Media will lap that up.
Trump will campaign to try to lure Bernie voters, and that’s going to be tough for conservatives to stomach.
I’m going to try to tune-out until it’s time to pull the lever for Trump.
Tens of thousands of supporters across the nation stood for hours to get into Trump rallies because they hate him less than Clinton?!! Garbage!
We stood in line in Raleigh on a cold evening for 3 hours to see him because he loves America and so do we. He isn’t perfect but then no one is so that is okay.
Disclaimer: any weather under 55 is cold to me in Raleigh.
Yes, the Trump figures for unpopularity ring false...
The dim wits who support the felon have to be taught to hate Trump more than they hate Republicans in general. That will take time and open mic attacks which will hurt the felon not Trump. We already hate the felon and her husband and so do about 20% of Democrats and 50% of Independents (former Republicans like me). We win the hate contest hands down and the felon loses big time.
Who is going to win the unpopular vote?
I don’t think elections in general, and this one in particular, can pivot on “hatred” of one candidate or another.
Anger, however, is a different story. I think America, on both sides of the aisle. are extremely angry. And it’s not jobs, either. It’s deeper than that. It’s more personal.
The anger at what PC has wrought on our culture was a seething one, it took time for it to erupt. PC has become downright dangerous. So there’s fear involved too. Donald Trump gave voice to this particular anger, and it is somewhat bi-partisan.
Then there’s the deliberate division of the races. A blatant, wholly unnecessary attempt at performing what amounts to a cultural frontal lobotomy. And no one could talk about it. We instinctively knew this intentional incitement to oppose one another had to have, at some point, extremely dire consequences. But we couldn’t say a word. Because it was Him.
Then Charleston happened. No, Reverend, no, y’all boys can’t come. We’ll mourn in our own way. And we won’t hate. One day it may be realized what a big moment Charleston was. It exposed the manipulation present in all the previous attempts at dividing us. A eureka moment, for many of us, and it made us even angrier.
The Bernie phenomenon proves that the “takers”, Mitt’s forty-seven-percenters, are angry too. Once again it’s Him, and they can’t talk about it either. It’s not an embrace of Bernie, it’s a rejection of Him.
Anger. Of the seething, sublimated variety. The type of anger which can only foster action. Action without words.
This is what the punditocracy fails to see, and will continue to fail to see, until the house of government is stormed and looted this November.
A GENERAL CONTRACTOR has already been appointed to perform the restoration, the complete re-build that’s going to be required. Because we’re going to burn it to the ground.
Somehow a civil suit brought by an opportunistic lawyer doesn't quite equate to charges of violation of national security.
Well when you put it that way . . . .
I did that in the last two elections, so this is not news to me. But for the first time in 20 years I will be voting FOR someone.
