Can someone explain:

1. Why was it was necessary to add "Russia Today" to the headline, since the source is right below, and it seems redundant?

2. Why was RT changed to 'Russia Today', when RT is its official name?

3. Why the article was re-categorized to "Russia", when it has jack all to do with Russia.
