The presumption is and must be; *Any* intergovernmental communication from the Secy of State is classified the minute it is rendered into a transmittable form of any kind; whether that form is a sentence that can be spoken, a photograph, a map, a list of names, a schedule of meetings, anything. As soon as she writes it down or types it, it has to be presumed classified. It does not have to be transmitted to someone who can vet the gravity of the information and then get back to HRC with the proper rubber stamp on the document. It’s classified upon generation. It is no more complicated than that and is completely stupid and incoherent to even imagine otherwise.

We know about Benghazi and the four who died there; We will never know how many operatives were killed or compromised through her carelessness or fecklessness or traitiousness. She should be jail right now.

Recall that in the Bill Clinton WH there were many senior political staff who never got security clearances. They handled such material anyway in an in-your-face violation of the law and historical practice. They got away with it then and if there’s one thing Hillary has learned in her career it is if you get away with something brazen then go for more next time. Hillary’s parallel private State Dept is just an expected outgrowth of the Clintons’ previous successful flouting of national security laws and practices. Should she become President we can expect further escalation of the corruption.

It’s worth pointing out the definitions that many of us were required to memorize:

(1) “Top Secret” shall be applied to information, the unauthorized disclosure of which reasonably could be expected to cause exceptionally grave damage to the national security.

(2) “Secret” shall be applied to information, the unauthorized disclosure of which reasonably could be expected to cause serious damage to the national security.

(3) “Confidential” shall be applied to information, the unauthorized disclosure of which reasonably could be expected to cause damage to the national security.

I knew people who did far less than Hillary and ended up in prison for many years. Knowing what Hillary mishandled, I do not believe that her supporters in government were sincere in their pretense that she did nothing criminal. Simple negligence with crypto materials often led to long-term consequences, and her actions were intentional and just as damaging.

You assume that liberals live in the real world. They don’t and they refuse to believe it exists.

The average Democrat voters don’t care that Hillary Clinton was selling classified information to the highest bidder and laundering the money through the Clinton Foundation. In fact, they probably think that her treason is really very cool. They hate America and have made allies of the Islamofascists that want to destroy this country. Personally, I would like to see Hillary indicted, tried for treason, convicted, and executed. That includes anyone else who aided and abetted her treason, no matter what their exalted position.

Years ago two guys in my squadron misplaced a classified document. It was a training manual classified “Secret” which the Russians had had for years. The resulting panic turned the entire squadron upside-down for a day. Now, Hillary can release far more damaging information times 10,000 and anyone who criticizes her is a “woman-hating bigot.” As a country we are walking chin-first into a meat grinder.

Hillary Clinton did not protect Classified government information. She allowed anybody on the street to come into the bank and take your money. . . We know about Benghazi and the four who died there; We will never know how many operatives were killed or compromised through her carelessness or fecklessness or traitorousness. She should be jail right now.

The magnitude of her crimes may never be known. There are two crime and evidence areas here. The first is the whole email/server national security, classified, Top Secret, SAP, opening a back door to our whole Federal database issue. With each violation, how many thousand misdemeanors and felonies are we talking about? How many potential indictable offenses? The second it the whole Clinton Foundation, Clinton Global initiative money laundering quid pro quo crime syndicate. How many Federal, Banking, tax evasion, RICO laws and statutes were violated in the operation of said syndicate? No wonder the FBI is taking so long to give us their results.

I've heard they've concluded their findings with the email/server scandal and are ready to recommend indictment to Loretta Lynch. The Clinton Foundation/Clinton Global Initiative racket is taking much longer. Theoretically, it may take years to get to the bottom of all the networks, favors, donations and connecting all the dots with indictable evidence.

The very best situation you can think of if this were an average citizen working in say, the Pentagon, would be arrest, investigation and maybe out on bail with home arrest with an ankle monitor waiting for the next step. In reality, said person would probably be waiting in jail.

But wait. . the person I'm alluding to is running for President! How can this be? Lives were certainly lost. Benghazi may have been the result of data from her server being conveyed to terrorists. Not to mention the thousands of lives that have been lost in the ME due to hacked data that may have influenced our enemies tactics. All our Top Secret military secrets, DARPA, NSA all the agencies. The magnitude of all of this is very heady stuff. People, lives, governments and whole areas of the world, and all because Hillary wanted her own private server so she could keep all her criminal operations secret and her private life off limits.

Another issue I haven't seen alluded to is the real financial cost to we the taxpayers that the Federal government is currently spending to fix the data breaches, lost material, recovery, etc. I can just imagine the higher up government IT people seeing this whole scenario as an absolute nightmare. The total financial, personal and national security costs? Beyond comprehension.

Rush just mentioned the elites have no idea how powerful the average American's pent up thoughts and feelings are regarding the Clintons. If Trump goes after 'crooked Hillary': the email/server scandal, Benghazi, the bimbo eruptions, all the ignored scandals - won't list them all here - really goes after her, even back to 1994, (Criminal Laws Implicated by the Clinton Scandals: A Partial List), then his numbers will go up. The more he goes after her, the more the whole nation will be doing a one-hour standing ovation. . All thinking, "It's about time!"
