The Seminole County Sheriffs Office says that the dog named Maxx helped firefighters find the 4-year-old boy and 2-year-old girl Monday night in their home in the Orlando suburb, Longwood.
Maxx, the family dog, is credited with assisting firefighters through the heavy smoke to the location of each of the two children, according to a GoFundMe page set up for the family.

Not all of God's angles have wings and halos, some have four legs and a waggly tail.

God puts a lot of His Best Stuff in dogs and then He gives them to us for our mutual love and protection.
For this and many, many other things, I am grateful.

Wonderful story! As a German Shepherd breeder, I’m glad to see the breed getting positive news as nowadays some think of German Shepherds only as “big, mean, scary guard dogs”. They are such smart, loyal family companions.

Our dog, Dub, gets a thick slice of baloney every day.
They need meat and less cereal. Once a week, she gets
a small amount of cheese with her baloney. Plus a
rawhide chewy every other day, bacon treats & dog biskits
dipped in peanut butter a few times a week, plain biskits
every day. She has an important job, plus she puts up
with Boo-Boo the cat being aggravating.
