As a woman, I don’t care if it uses the bathroom if the male organs have been removed.
What I do care about is the mentally ill man with a penis and sexual attraction to women (most transgenders men, fewer than a quarter have the balls taken off, most retain sexual attraction to women) in women’s spaces. In the bathroom, in the changing room, in the locker room, in the sauna.
I’ve had these freaks tell me they are more of a woman than me because they live out the stereotype more, disparaging appearance, criticizing mannerisms, suggesting surgery to look better. It is bad enough to be lectured when you just want to go to the bathroom, worse to be blocked in a stall when you’re done when it won’t let you leave until it is done lecturing you, horrible when its self esteem means it can be where you are in a state of undress because it isn’t happy unless it is among the naked women like one of the girls.
And that’s where the “it is just a bathroom stall” argument falls apart. It is NOT JUST THE BATHROOMS. It is the changing rooms at work, the locker rooms at gyms, the showers at the pool and beach.
To top it off, the Department of Justice threatened to pull federal education money from a school that told the mentally ill teenaged boy he can change in the girls’ locker rooms but only if he’s in a stall with a curtain so they don’t see his penis. He sued - it isn’t fair, he has to be allowed to be naked in front of them in order to be validated. And the federal government sided with the nut.
So you know that when someone opens the bathroom, the showers and changing rooms are just as open.

It was very sobering to me. It’s extremely widespread, and the Charlotte-type laws give them every right to troll the ladies’ rooms.
No one has addressed the issue of women who are on their periods and are doing some very intimate hygiene in the lady’s room. It’s not just about number 1 and number 2.
Maybe we need three bathrooms, one women, one men and one other. Let them share the other bathroom with other perverts.
Enforcement of the rules will be enforced as far as common sense will allow. If someone is a known cross dresser or others know what sex they really are then they will be told that they have to use the proper bathroom. If they don’t comply then security can be called. That is all that we can do. That is generally what we do now. At least society on the whole will keep it’s standards.
