Jerry Delemus is sitting in a concrete cage. He is charged with so-called "crimes" for being present at the Bundy Stand up.
Jerry is well known and respected in his community. His wife is a member of the New Hampshire State Legislature. Jerry ran for Sheriff in his own town the year after the Stand up.
This is how corrupt our government is. Jerry's supposed "crime" happened two years ago. Jerry was did not even get to the ranch till the night after the stand up. There were all kinds of threats to the Bundy family. Death threats were coming from all directions on a daily basis.
Jerry, along with many others provided security so the Bundy family could sleep at night. Nightly group prayers were said on bended knee in the front yard of the Bundy home pleading with the Lord to keep everyone safe and for no violence to visit the Bundy Ranch.
One evening there were nearly a dozen legislators and officials from many states, reporters from all over the world, along with myself on bended knee all praying the same prayer. It was humbling to see so many, with so many backgrounds submitting to the will of the Lord and appealing for his protection for everyone involved. Many who came to the ranch with no prior regard for any god, walked away with a new faith or a strengthened faith in the Lord.
Jerry now sits in a cage like a criminal. After two years of public campaigning...... This "violent" criminal, if the feds are to be believed, spent a year campaigning publicly. He informed the FBI of his intention to go to Oregon to work towards a solution at the Refuge. The FBI held him at the airport in Utah for hours. They knew he was unarmed, yet the SENT him on to Oregon. They SENT this man, who you will hear in court was a MENACE to society, and a DANGEROUS criminal, on his way to Oregon where he made this documentary.
He met with them twice in Oregon, unarmed, accompanied only by his videographer. They shook his hand. He was right out in front of their headquarters twice there speaking to men with enough artillery to take out a small city, yet they never once indicated he was wanted for any "crime", yet alone tried to detain him.
In the evil manner they choose to operate, they instead chose to wait till he returned home and RAID his home like that of a common criminal or a murder suspect. As usual, they chose to take him into custody bringing unnecessary force when all they would have said in Oregon was "come with me" right out in front of their headquarters and they would have taken him into custody without added expense or the danger of breaking into a man's home.
But this is how they operate. They operate with lies and deceit. They have no conscience. They provoke violence at every turn.

This is a shame.
Jury nullification. Say anything and act uninformed to get on the jury. Refuse to convict no matter the evidence. You must “deliberate” which means you must debate and argue. If you fold your arms and scowl, they’ll remove you.
This is a skill we will need many times in America’s future.
The shame is that there is no reaction to this and other overt acts of tyranny anywhere in the patriot community
Less than one in a hundred here understand what you are proposing. . Even so it is what we must rely on until the country is entirely undone.

The long term plan of the Leftist in government and their Green allies is to slowly drive people off their land which is to be acquired by the government.
Eventually we are to all be tenants on government land and herded in to smaller and smaller homes.
I any who oppose must be silenced.
Who GAVE THE ORDERS to raid his home and arrest him? That individual needs to have an “accident” or just disappear.
