Ronald Reagan actually won most primary elections, Ted Cruz cannot.

Many Democrats thought Jimmy Carter would wipe the floor with Reagan in 1980, too. Because Reagan was way too conservative or American voters. Remember?
Good Times!! History is about to repeat.

Cruz is no Reagan.
Ronald Reagan had a substantial record of accomplishment as a twice elected Governor of California, contrasted with Cruz lying to the voters of Texas about his origins when they elected him to the U.S. Senate in 2012 (another 1st term Senator with not much to show for himself, hmmm remind us of anyone from back in 2008?), and Reagan appealed to Americans across the political spectrum as they got to know him on the campaign trail, contrasted with Cruz' hypocritical quasi-religious revival tent meetings, and Reagan was a proud son of Tampico Illinois, compared with Cruz' roots in Calgary, Alberta Canada, Reagan was all American, not a Cuban-Canadian transplant.
Remember?

Stop being delusional. Republicans don’t even like Cruz. Reagan is far different than Cruz. Stop with the idiotic comparisons.

Reagan was honest and likeable and not an arrogant, sniveling, bread faced mutant like Ted Cruz.

Many Democrats thought Jimmy Carter would wipe the floor with Reagan in 1980, too. Because Reagan was way too conservative or American voters. Remember? I remember very well. Do you remember why?
It was because Democrats who had become disillusioned with the Democrat Party crossed over to vote for Reagan. Ted has no such support, but Trump does. Those damn October surprises Democrats are famous for unleashing.
So your analogy is as weak as your favorite candidate is eligible as a natural born citizen, who held a Canadian citizenship up until 2 years ago. Oh I know 2 Democrat judges have ruled him eligible. That alone should give you cause for pause about Ted Cruz's eligibility.

Say what you will but we both know Trump has a lock on Sniveling and whining!

“A vote for Cruz is a vote for Hillary.”
An imbecilic statement.....or perhaps astute sarcasm.
To: heshtesh
Only to the most devout of the Cruzlims.
To: lafroste
MORE LAME STREAM MEDIA BS!! Hope Hoosiers ignore this rag and VOTE TRUMP!!! Trump, by May 3rd, will be riding a six state winning streak and Cruz will be mathematically out. Why support someone whose only chance is to burn the party down at the convention in a selfish second ballot takeover??
Also, I do agree Bernie is honest although his ideology is too radical for me.
Recommending Cruz and Clinton is consistent, in that they both epitomize the worst candidates running!

A vote for Cruz is a vote for Hillary How so? Is that really what you want? Defeatist mentality!
To: GreyFriar
Halleck and Everett McKinley Dirksen, “R”-IL, once had the “Ev and Charlie Show” c. 1963. They tried to counter the “New Frontier” but with little success.
