The cinnamon is of GREAT help to those with diabetes. At one time was on dosage of cholesterol meds. In addition to their adverse side effects of joint pain, dementia,they caused the sugar level to spike obscenely. For one week had teaspoon cinnamon daily, swallowed and a switch of cool water/swallow, following. In a week’s time the points of sugar level went down so drastically the nurses were amazed at the results that were seen. Cinnamon helps with sugar levels in some persons ... most definitely!
