BECKLEY, W.Va. (AP) - A former teacher at a Beckley music school has been sentenced to up to 20 years in prison for sexually abusing a young student.
The Register-Herald (http://bit.ly/22prKvl) reports 52-year-old Keith Janney was sentenced Monday in Raleigh County Circuit Court for sexual abuse by a parent, custodian, guardian or person of trust. Judge John Hutchison said Janney must serve at least 10 years before he is eligible for parole.

a five year old no less.
Victim was a 5-year-old boy.
Maybe he thought he was the “prophet” mohamed?
Since it doesn’t mention whether the victim was a girl or boy, we can safely assume this piece of excrement is a homosexual pedophile.
Oops, I see the sex of the child now. My bad.
Guess what Kiethie - you’re not going to even make it to parole. Know why?
Strange as it may seem, even criminals have a code of ethics. They don’t look too kindly on perverts doing that to young boys.
They all will use and abuse Kiethie for about a year, and when that gets boring, the punishment will be so bad he’ll off himself.
I will make this prediction. Within 5 years, democrats, news media, entertainers and corporate CEO’s will be trying to force this behavior as a ‘right’ and will economically threaten anyone who disagrees.
For 2% of the population, Homosexuals account for 40% of all abuse.
They might find that this man has other victims, including girls. Abusers of very young children are less likely to limit themselves to one sex.
On the other hand, abusers of adolescents and older generally favor one sex or the other, and homosexual men are disproportionally represented on a massive scale.
A five year old BOY.
Get a rope.
I disagree. Homosexuals tend to go after their own sex, even as children.
I've raised 3 kids, and am now blessed with a 5 YO grandson. Anyone harms him, you won't need a rope.
Rope. Tree. Pervert.
Some assembly required.
Stats on that? I’m pretty sure I read what I mentioned above: that abusers of very young children are more likely to abuse both sexes than are abusers of adolescents.
(It’s not an agree/disagree point. It’s a question of data.)
In this guys future:
I don't think it's so much a "code of ethics", as much as so many criminals having been used in this way in their youth.
A very large percentage of criminals come from single-mom households. How many men date single moms in order to have "access" to her kids? How many of the single moms, in order to hold onto a boyfriend, allowed him access to her young kids? I think more than is commonly admitted.
And when these kids grow up, they will grow up VERY angry.
Do you have a source for that?
