A lockdown is in effect at the ExxonMobile refinery in Baytown after a security breach.
Company officials say around 7:30am, a person went inside the plant without permission.
"We take matters of this nature very seriously and are working closely with Baytown Police Department," says Todd Spitler, spokesman for Exxon Mobil.

It may turn out that somebody piggy backed somebody else at the turnstile. You don't just "walk in" at any of these places.
All vehicles go through a guard location. All contractors go through a controlled entry with a scan card.

A man who "knew nothing" let it slip in conversation (I'm a sneaky bastard) that some of the hands/workers were the ones who reported the person being on site.

Thanks, I wouldn’t be surprised if there never was a security breach, I imagine that people are a leeeetle jumpy after a fire...
