The charge made in the headline of this article is:
Veterans Still Haven't Received Their Money.
The "Still Haven't" part seems to anticipate that not all the money that is being distributed has yet to be distributed.
Of course the headline (intentionally I suspect) suggests that they have received no money at all--which seems rather propaganda-ish. But my point here is that they are not considering the money which is not distributed to be "unaccounted for", but merely not distributed yet.
If I am to be compelled by evidence to condemn a person for how they handled a charity event, I guess I would like the benefit of having a consistent theory as to why I should condemn them. Specifically, why should I assume that rest of the money will not be distributed in the coming months based on inconsistent, and in some cases less than honest shouts of criticism?
Your logic is as flawed as your math.
