I’m just fascinated by the way women’s appearance “changes” at the viewer end based on knowledge of their political views.

different times 8 years of the kenyan has knocked some of the purity out of us

I can guarantee that it isn't because Rudy changed.

I look at the totality of things Trump has supported and his views over the years, not just the last year when he decided to run for President. The man has no discernable core values. I am a retired AF officer (24 years) who has been a rock-solid conservative my entire life. I can see through Donald Trump like a sheet of glass. The man is not a conservative, nor has he ever been.

You might be surprised to know that I am also extremely angry with the GOP establishment's efforts to upset Donald Trump's chances for the nomination. Despite my personal dislike for Trump, I dislike the GOPe attempts to fiddle with the will of the people even more. As for the GOPe now supporting Cruz in some fashion, I agree that the GOPe's motives are to unseat Trump and they (GOPe) would probably rather have Hillary as President than either Trump or Cruz. Personally, I would hope (may be hoping against hope) that Cruz will be our next President. If Rubio would give up his delegates, and Kasich would drop and give up his delegates, I am confident Cruz would get a majority of those and be more competitive. But both Rubio and Kasich are working with the GOPe to ensure a contested convention. Rubio has no other reason to hold on to his delegates and Kasich knows he doesn't have a snowballs chance at the nomination.

I see all the mud flying about Cruz - I just don't buy into it because I have been watching Cruz closely for a long time and, if nothing else, believe he understands and supports the Constitution I served to protect more so than any other Candidate. But the great thing about this country is we are free to support whomever we want and I'm ok with that.

Oh I don’t think that’s the main issue with her, she’s always been a yo-yo dieter ....it’s her years of drug abuse and lifestyle along with her basic bimbo-ness....the weight is what it is, there for the most part.

Dan Patrick and Kasich in the same room?

Lowered the collective I.Q. in the building by at least 80 percent.

Did Rush? Love how you Cruz supporters cannot stand any dissent. Very similar to the old Soviet Union with your lockstep requirements.

What would you be saying if she endorsed Cruz??

Nothing. Cruz's selling point is his unapologetic support of Conservatism. It has nothing to do with what Hollywood type happens to support him. If Alley had endorsed Cruz, there would be no thread here announcing it.

Well I can only speak for myself but I vote according to the candidate closest to my standards, and their history on the issues that matter to me.....Trump engenders the herd mentality...the point is to follow Uncritically.

I don’t get in line with personality cults. Most Trump supporters don’t care that he lies habitually nor how vulgur and darn right disgusting he is.....it doesn’t matter to me how pee’od his supporters are at the Elites, Trump is a liberal yet still they blind themselves from the truth of that....the man is unfit for President in every way but worse he’s an unfit “Liberal”........and that’s the bottom line.

Many people consider themselves pro-abortion because they genuinely do not know that the unborn baby is actually a separate and living person. The abortion industry has a long history of claiming that the unborn baby is nothing but a part of the mother (like a tooth, finger, etc.). So if someone who believed that learns a few scientific facts about pregnancy, and becomes pro-life as a result, it does not mean that they have no principles. On the contrary, it means that they are willing to modify their opinion when new facts show them that their previous understanding of the issue was flawed. Clearly, in order to change his views on the issue, Trump has a basic sense of morality that is incompatible with knowingly supporting baby killing.

This is more evidence that Trump is able to examine new information, and is not one of those rigid ideologues who doesn't want to be confronted with any facts that contradict their opinions.

A lot of Dems are switching parties to vote for Donald. God help us.

Why is that "God help us"? Why not take it as a sign that maybe those Democrats are becoming wiser and coming to the realization that socialism is NOT a path to utopia, or even to a decent society where most people actually do well for themselves?

To be raised as a Democrat, and then to observe that Democrats don't actually practice the values they preach, and to eventually come around to admitting to oneself that one has fallen for lies, and then to distance oneself from the Democrats--it is not easy. Any Democrat that switches to support Trump is, in fact, taking the first few baby steps away from supporting malignant socialism. Let us hope that they find the strength and courage to completely break from it.

.I bet there are any more celebrities out there who want to and order Trump, but don’t want their career attacked

Indeed. I told my husband that she is taking a big career risk in endorsing Trump. Actors who do not toe the liberal line end up blacklisted.

I was gonna answer with a big post, but you’re not worth it.

Rudy was a fantastic mayor,

And he’s not going to get picked so the point is moot

Hmmm...I remember when a lot of Freepers didn’t like the idea of Rudy becoming president, back when he ran. Something about pro-abortion, pro-homosexual, anti-gun. I guess in today’s world, NYC values are a great thing....

....but I’ll continue to pass.
