OK and your response to my question about the senate or the USSC having the authority?

It would seem the resolution is on the record and voted by the senate (liberals or not, Obama or not), so it may serve as a clarification for the court.

But the mere existence of the resolution indicates they thought a resolution wa needed and that could be bad news for Cruz.

The problem with the resolution is there is no Constitutional authority for Congress or a Court to give or take ‘natural born’ US citizenship... What the Senate did was not Constitutional, but nobody, took notice, but said OK that makes sense.

Congress and the Courts are consistently making stuff up out of many threads of cloth of their own weaving, and call it ‘constitutional’.
