Even though the House of Representatives uniquely has the “power of the purse” as evidenced by the Constitution’s Clause 1 of Section 7 of Article I, and regardless that the states have never delegated to the feds, expressly via the Constitution, the specific power to regulate, tax and spend to pay for abortions, I don’t expect anything more than a dog-and-pony show investigation from the RINO-controlled House concerning this issue.
