As long as I can use a chainsaw to take our demons I will be happy.

I think doom is a FReepers game, you serve as a Marine and you kill demons from hell, good right.

Ah, Doom. I played Doom 3 when it came out, in the dark, with headphones on and the sound turned up - some fun moments lol.
At least Doom gives you undead worth fighting, not like 'The Walking Dead' with it's papier-mache zombies which are about as dangerous as bees, even to small old women.

ahh the good old days.
I played the Doom 3(?) game that came out 7 or so years ago, and it was OK. Graphics were great, but game lacked depth.
Loved the video, but I hope they put in something more atmospheric and truly creepy. Doom 3 just had jump scare after jump scare.

So basically we are seeing what will happen if Hellary is elected

If it were a Freepers game, they'd be blowing away Mormon missionaries. Just sayin'

I’m looking for some videos that showcase single player. The storyline. Does it have a story line or just nonstop action?

Quake II. Doom wasn't that hardware intensive.
I was a member of one of the top 5 Quake II teams in the world. My shining moment was jumping off a ledge while spinning around 180 and firing a rocket into the side of the opposing teams captain, while powered up with the Quad. He was jumping and I remember watching him just splatter in mid air....Boom!
Fun times.
I remember a Quake II mod that allowed for grappling hooks. Wow that was sooo much fun! Quake II rocked!

We installed the first multi-player DOOM on university computers at MSU (Spartans!!!) back in 1993. The clutter and packet loss was so bad, they had to hire a consultant to come in and write a Doom-killer to stop all the gameplay.

Since this is a reboot of the franchise, the storyline should be the same as the original Doom shareware back in the day...what, you didn’t know the original Doom had a storyline?

Hated, hated, hated those shrieking, rocket shooting Revenants, who would also beat the snot out of you if they got too close. A close second were the flame-throwing Arch-vile pests.

That sounds like it was an epic kill!
About an hour ago i got the hankering to play EA NHL again and while digging through my software box came across Quake III arena...I wonder if it will still play on my win8 pc.
I wonder if the online still works from the game itself or if i have to use some kind of mod.
After EA dropped Battlefield 2142 for a short time i was using a service called GameRanger to play it, maybe they do Quake III as well...
speaking of NHL i have the 2007 PC version, just installed it hope it works, PISSES me off to no end that EA Sports stopped supporting the PC to play their sports games.
I Used to love playing Madden and NHL on my PC.

I was helping melt down the ftp servers the day Doom was released.
It was glorious in its 2.5D blood and gore.
Looking forward to the reboot, looks... cinematic.
