Hard to see what’s going on here but I’m assuming some sort of downrange vs. cross range plot at best. The troubling part is the multiple repeats at the same cross range vs different down ranges. This is common on multiple trip returns and also aliases.
Some very serious radar signal processing would do a world of wonders for this.
