Anyone notice that practically every medicine advertised on tv ends up being pulled due to law suits within a couple of years?

Anyone notice that practically every medicine advertised on tv ends up being pulled due to law suits within a couple of years? Yeah, I've noticed. The bad part is that there are probably 10,000 people who benefitted for every adverse reaction. And don't forget, the FDA approved the drugs.
