You are ignorant of the law, FRiend. Did you actually read the article? They didn’t even say he cheated, so what is he supposed to sue for? They said there are rumors he cheated and that people are investigatin him. He has no claim against them. I’m an attorney and I’ve been part of this type litigation before. For a public figure to file a claim based on what they have printed thus far would be utterly pointless.

If someone defamed you, would you consider it pointless?
If as you say its defamatory, a person should still take legal action to send a message.
Not suing is admission against interest the story is true.
And I’m sure National Enquirer ran the expose by their own lawyers before they ran it.
