A disabled man living in subsidized housing is suing his Grand Rapids apartment complex, saying he is being wrongfully evicted because jugs of urine set on his seventh-floor balcony leaked, generating complaints from a ground-floor tenant.
The man, who is obese and can't reach the bathroom in time, routinely urinates in jugs and sets them on the balcony of Grandview Apartments on Bridge Street NW, according to the lawsuit filed this week in federal court.

This sounds like typical ghetto behavior, read David Simon's Homicide about the Baltimore police (the book that spawned The Wire and Homicide) or almost any true cop story. They always go into apartments where the residents piss in jugs and leave it wherever. Even a cat knows to hide it's waste.

I went to take a class up at Columbia in NY maybe 6 years ago. I was 41.
found two Spanish guys pummeling each other so I pulled one off of the other and told them to both just stay there on the ground.
Got interviewed by campus security and then asked if I needed to see anyone.
I didn’t even know what the ### they were talking about.
I guess they meant a shrink. Then they realized what I thought about that and just laughed and said forget it
