Hillary Clinton has manifest one thing for all future policy makers.

Anybody who would vote for her to give her any authority, is not properly qualified to give her authority, even if given by a vote. Perhaps they should lose their voting privileges or disqualified as voters, but the governmental system allowing or even condoning such a person into leadership isn’t proper.
