As stated this is my opinion based on recent events. During the summer it was very noteworthy that Bill Clinton was arguing passionately with Obama while playing golf on Martha’s Vineyard. Obama seemed nonplussed. The released evidence ( and it would not have been released if the Administration did not consent) seems to indicate that Clinton is in clear violation of the law.Obama may have come to the conclusion that given Clintons’s inherent dishonesty, corruption and lack of accomplishment, that when used against her will prevent her election. Obama is worried that a Republican President , especially a “political outsider” like Trump may prosecute some his commissars involved in the IRS and Justice scandals. If they cut deals and testify under oath , it can be very unpleasant for him and his family. Therefore he may go to Trump and cut a deal. Hillary gets indicted and is forced out, but you agree to no prosecutions of anyone in my Administration.
