Week old story...but the video of this 'hate crime' has been released. As expected, its a classic muslim oppression claim. There are kernels of truth in the claim...enough for those who want to believe the story to do just that. But in reality, the claims are exaggerated and mischaracterized...but the muslim student leader turned CAIR stooge as he sheds his crocodile tears.

The video released by police is here:

I don't know anything about the site that shows the video, other than it is the only site that shows the video, unedited.
So first the accuser, per claim video (between 6:40 and 7:08): the innocent muslim and his poor hispanic friend were getting gas, and noticed a guy on a motorcycle yelling racial slurs at a black man...and "while we were not paying that much of attention" the guy on the motorcycle "suddenly he turned on to us". Whoa, that's scary.
But what really happened. Looking at the actual video, at the 0:38 mark, the 'Hispanic friend' cups his hands around his mouth and shouts.
Hmmm...so the muslim et friend were not really just 'not paying much attention', but rather were engaging in a shouting match. And the biker did not 'suddenly' turn onto the men. Outright lie.
Moving on. In the claim video, 7:08, "he pushed my friend who just got out of my car". Really? He 'just got out of the car', huh? Seemed to neglect to mention that the friend had spent some time 'out of the car', shouting at the biker. Outright lie.
Moving on, at around the 1:18 point in the actual video, the 'friend' is behind the car door - and he decides to walk around it, to close the distance between him and the biker. At around 1:22, he starts to pull up his sleeves - getting ready for a fight, maybe? Oddly this doesn't mesh with the story that the biker just hauled off and pushed the friend.
The biker does not back down though...and I really don't know what the heck he's doing with his belt - maybe preparing for a fight himself?
But who makes first contact? Why, golly, its the poor Hispanic friend who touches the biker first. Its a very light push...but 180 degrees opposite of the contention that the biker 'pushed my friend'. In fact, right or wrong, the biker starts swinging fists at this point. That's right, the claim of an initial 'push' by the biker is an outright lie.
Back to the claim video, at around 7:52, the accuser "tried to diffuse the situation", "but that didn't work out", because the "attacker started punching my friend's face".
Ok, lets go to the actual video. The attempt at diffusing the situation may be true, and at 2:08, the biker starts to back off. But guess what, when he tries to back off, the 'friend' pursues him....and its back on again.
After a few swings and pushes, the biker again tries to walk away at the 2:49 point. Once again the 'Hispanic friend' pursues...and once again the biker swings.
Repeat again at 2:56.
Repeat again at 3:02.
For those keeping track, the biker has tried to leave 4 times - and all 4 times the 'friend' pursues him. Now at the 3:03 mark, the biker does something pretty stupid and kicks the car door shut. But then at 3:04 the 'friend' does something even more stupid, and attacks the biker.
Now the biker is about to lay some serious blows - but no, he didn't just hop off his bike at start swinging. Rather, it was a very predictable escalation of a verbal argument into a fight. And frankly, the two 'victims' appear to be more at fault than the biker. It is 2 on 1, and the biker has tried to walk away at least 4 times...so I imagine the adrenaline was pumping. Anyway, he kicks the 'friend's' butt.
Ok, back to the claim video. At the 10:30 mark, he begins to describe how the biker "got back on his motorcycle" and "started "circling around us". Well at 3:40 of the actual video, the guy does get back on his bike - notice the 'Hispanic friend' still will not leave him alone though. He pulls away, takes a turn and flips the bird. So "circling around us" really means one half circle. Another video shows him making one more pass...but no circling. Yet another lie.
Back to the claim video, at 11:04, the claim is made about the black guy (allegedly the one the biker was initially taunting): "he came to us and he asked for gas money from us".
Another video:
http://www.kansas.com/news/local/crime/article65985912.html
Has audio of the 911 call, and shows the two on the phone for 6 minutes after the biker left. No sign of this phantom black man, this initial victim. Another outright lie.
I did hear the word Trump I think. Not good - but so what.
Bottom line, this 'Hispanic friend' had a mouth that was writing checks his body couldn't cash.
This is backfiring on the left and their allies big time. There is nothing wrong with punching out a violent Marxist. Fact is if more Americans had done it in the past we would not be in the mess we are in today.
funny thing...i read all these stories about the racism of Trump supporters then I see black, hispanics, muslims, etc saying all kinds of terrible things about Trump and starting fights with white people at Trump rally’s yet the media refuses to call this out as racism...
Video doesn’t lie.
Pathetic article by the Commie Washington Post.
This 6 day old WaPo propaganda article has been posted multiple times here before.
My answer is the same as before: if i went out a beat up a few people all the while yelling I was a Hillary supporter, would the Washington Post write up a big article about it?
Well they would report on it and call it a peaceful protest incited by Trump.
Do you know the number of obama supports in prison? Thousand and thousand. Rapist ,murderers, white haters etc etc. This article would lump them to obama— right?
Two guys provoke a fight against one guy, then claim to be the victim. I guess when you are any kind of minority you are always the victim no matter what.
I watched the video, and have no idea what was said. Overall, based on overall body language, I see the biker as the aggressor. The biker kicking first did not impress me. In any event, both men walked away with little visible physical damage.
None of this has ANYTHING whatsoever to do with Donald Trump.
Ok...I don’t know who is the aggressor...you think its the biker...we differ.
Let me ask this: Do you see it as a hate crime? Or in any way newsworthy enough to make a national newspaper?
Or are the claims of a hate crime exaggerated?
” the innocent muslim”
There are no innocent musims. Plus this is CAIR speaking. As much as I dislike Trump, I’m taking his side on this.
Not to be contrary, but these days, it is not a simple fist fight anymore, and being a 50 year old fat guy, I would kick, punch, bite, whatever to extricate myself from a violent confrontation. You can call me girly man, but I at least will be alive to hear it.
In this case, the biker was neither (as far as I can tell) 50 years old, nor fat. He certainly had the advantage of height and size. Both sides seem to be mouthing off. Biker guy could have mouthed a “so’s your mother” and driven off. It doesn’t appear that the guys filling the car were itching for a fight but biker guy stopping over escalated. Once engaged, it looked more or less mutual. The soft poke merited a shove back. Not a punch. Guy #2 did not really engage, so it was a one-on-one. Civil suits have been engaged for centuries for less. They can finish there if they wish.
Civil Suit?
Maybe. But you may not be aware that the night after this happened, the local CAIR chapter stuck their logo on a podium and invited the national media to hear about this ‘hate crime’.
I’m not aware of it, but the CAIR folks will jump on any bandwagon that serves their purposes. If there is an assault, it is actionable without it being a “hate crime”.

But not number, two against one, I reckon he was going for the shock and awe. Me, I walk away, sticks and stones and all that. My aggressiveness is saved for defending family members, not for showing some loudmouth that I’m a badass
