Ted Cruz's new team of foreign policy advisers includes several fringe conservative activists and fervid anti-Islamist hardliners but few of the GOP establishment elites who are outraged over the rise of Donald Trump.
Cruz's list of nearly two dozen names includes Frank J. Gaffney, Jr., a former Reagan Pentagon official whose focus on the influence of Islam in the U.S. has drawn charges of bigotry. In June 2009, Gaffney claimed there was "mounting evidence" that President Barack Obama "not only identifies with Muslims, but actually may still be one himself."

Yes it is. Compared to the Islamic terrorist sympathizers.
I guess I didn't make myself clear. I meant the evidence that Trump indicated he had or would soon have the real one in hand, but he never did.
You said:"Then you must have never looked at the document."
I have seen the certificate Obama put online many times.
Cruz should have suspended his campaign last Tuesday night after losing every contest of the night.
Sounds like my kind of people.
Okay, I misunderstood you.
Hey, I’ve always liked Frank Gaffney.
A quick Google search uncovers about ten such articles, here is one citation from national review picked at random: http://www.buzzfeed.com/andrewkaczynski/trump-on-there-being-zero-proof-he-opposed-iraq-before-the-w#.jd0Rm4gJB1
Donald Trump simply lied. Worse, he lied about George Bush lying when it was Donald Trump himself who lied. Yet you will hear allegation after allegation in this forum about how Ted Cruz is a liar. Anyone with a sense of decency would recoil from those allegations when applied to Ted Cruz. Donald Trump is a liar and he is unfit to conduct foreign policy because he is essentially a foreign policy ignoramus.
It’s a good article and mentions several noteworthy individuals on the Cruz team.
One excerpt:
Cruz himself has made the threat of radical Islam a centerpiece of his campaign, and often attacks President Barack Obama for declining to use the phrase “radical Islamic terrorism.”
Hillary and Sanders draw from pro-Islamist fringe
Reagan had hardliners too, including Frank Gaffney, perhaps the hardest of the hardliners on Cruz’s team.
Reagan defeated the Soviet Union. Now, as then, no hot war is required.
Look at the big wars of the 20th century and who started them, in descending order of casualties:
WW2, Roosevelt(D)
WW,1 Wilson (D)
Vietnam, Kennedy (D)
Korea, Truman (D)
Cruz has been personally supporting the islamists.
He is going to have to backtrack and apologize for that before getting any credit for when he opposes them.
Can’t we all just get along? /s
When you have Frank Gaffney, Gen Boykin and Andrew McCarthy as part of your inner circle, that's about as close to saying you are for wiping out Radical Islam as you can get

Bull S**t
Corker bill.
Iranian Nuclear weapons.
I think that is a big problem.
Ted Cruz had no problems with it.
You and I have chosen different sides as to whether giving the Ayatollahs nuclear weapons helps Islam or not.

Politico's Crowley Perpetuates Myth That Boehner 'Went Behind Obama's Back' With Bibi Speech
By Tom Blumer | March 18, 2015 | 11:22 PM EDT
Many media myths won't die because those who should know better and I believe in many cases do know better, and don't care perpetuate them.
One can't divine his mindset, but Politico's Michael Crowley, in his coverage of Benjamin Netanyahu's resounding Tuesday electoral victory, did his part to continue the myth that the Israeli Prime Minister's "March 3 speech to Congress (was) arranged by Speaker John Boehner behind the Obama White Houses back." It wasn't, and claiming that it was a million times won't change that.
Other than his own brain, the only people Trump mentions are the guys we all can hear on “the shows”.
Those are all good people.
