The “outcome” depends on who owns the voting machines & the software that runs them...and the extent to which the voting results are manipulated.
I don’t discount that and am well aware of the potential. I am hoping enough of a surplus will exist that the ability to realistically cheat won’t be possible. We can all hope, can’t we?
