There were 17 more votes on the 13th vs the 12th.
None the less, the percentages were only 0.02% different.
Looks like the new normal for Ted...

It’s heartening to see Trump’s vote count jump so significantly ever since Chicago. Many here at FR are able to discern the meaning of Chicago (the Uniparty malfeasance, the utter compromised status of Cruz, the spectre of looming political violence in our nation).
As Sarah Palin said in her endoresement for Trump: no more pussyfooting around. This $h*t just got serious.

Would it be possible to come up with a screwier more convoluted system?
People like sports because the basic rules are simple; “three strikes you’re out”...if sports had rules like primaries nobody would play because they’d always be fighting over the rules!

Yes, I agree with that.
I am sad to note that some Ted folks can’t see how compromised he is.

Interesting. There's been a clear drop in support for Ted Cruz, on the order of 5% or so, apparently as a result of the shameful statement he issued in the aftermath of the lawless Chicago thug attacks on the Trump rally. I'm sure Cruz supporters will continue to resist that obvious conclusion, but it's undeniable at this point.
Ted Cruz f----d up. His blasé statement failed to show any leadership; it was just a cheap shot, and an act of naked opportunism.
Ted Cruz made a yuuuuge mistake. He forgot who he was.
Live and learn...

My interpretation of his actions are different. He and the other 2 said what they did because they didn't have a choice: It's what their donors and handlers told them to say.
GOPe desperation --> GOPe cabal/Donors meeting at Sea Island, Ga ---> Jeb (at the meeting) meets with the 3 candidates to inform them of what's coming --> Friday night violence in Chicago at Trump rally --> Stern condemnation by the 3 Musketeers
If Trump doesn't wrap the primary up soon on Tuesday, it should be an eventful summer.

This is the best essay yet on the subject of Cruz, Trump, and electing a Conservative:
https://hotgas.net/2016/03/the-hollow-men/
This is the end. What has conservatism come to, when its leading advocate on the campaign
trail, after decades of corrosive liberalism, and seven years of a malevolent,
America-hating nihilist in the White House, blames a candidate from his own party and,
worse, that candidates supporters, for the sorry state of the Republic and the viciousness
of its political discourse? Barack Obama and the Democrat Party have done everything
in their power to set person against
person, group against group, and party against party, exploiting divisions, and inflaming conflict, until that conflict and hatred has
become institutionalized as a means of governance, and Ted Cruz can only blame those
that oppose the degradation, and the man who represents them. I cant think of anything
more opposed to the spirit of conservatism than that.

I honestly can’t see what keeps Cruz supporters going at this point, unless it’s just a willful refusal to look at all of the things he’s said and done to break faith with the conservative right.
It’s becoming something like Stockholm Syndrome.
