Donald Trump told a crowd in Kansas City last night that the man who attempted to storm the stage during an earlier rally ”was probably ISIS or ISIS-related.” Trump also tweeted “He has ties to ISIS. Should be in jail!” This morning on Meet the Press, Chuck Todd informed Trump the Internet video on which he based his theory is a hoax. “I don’t know if he was or not,”
Trump admitted. “But all we did was put out what he had on his Internet. He’s dragging the flag, the American flag, which I respect obviously more than you.” Trump then told Todd it’s up to him to determine if the protester is actually connected to ISIS.
“We have checked it,” Todd said. “That’s my point, sir. There’s no ties to ISIS for this man.” “All I know is what’s on the Internet,” Trump responded.

Also this morning Trump gave his interpretation of the First Amendment freedom of speech and of the press. In particular he would sue to get rid of anyone he claimed misrepresented him (Kelly and Krauthammer) in opinion pieces. He understands free speech and oress, he just disagrees with then. Trump fit anyone’s definition of an autocrat.
Trump has all along been part and parcel of the corrupt process and now we are supposed to place the fox in charge of the henhouse.
He charged at the man, so we can ascribe whatever description we want about the character of this A-hole...

I saw pics of the perp in an ISIS propaganda picture. Whether it was a doctored ISIS picture or not who’s to know. I can deduce from it, however, that the perp was stomping on the US flag. And that he lunged for Trump. What’s your motivation in defending him, other than to try to trash the victim?
