What if it is made public that Obama WAS born in Kenya?
Rumplemeyer

Posted on 03/10/2016 5:56:47 AM PST by Rumplemeyer

What if, it is found that President Obama was born in Kenya, and did not meet the requirements to hold the office of POUS, how would that effect the legislation he put into place and the executive orders, court appointments, in other word everything he has done? Everyone thoughts and opinions.

I don’t know what you mean by “original document”.

I posted the BC produced in 2007. It’s strictly American, but from what I’ve seen in my 49 years is that all American racial designations on American birth certificates before the mid-1960s had the word “Negro” or “colored” when describing a black person.

The 2007 BC has the word “African” as the race of Obama’s father.

[quote from Hawaiian governor Lingle]: And so I had my health director, who is a physician by background, go personally view the birth certificate in the birth records of the Department of Health, and we issued a news release at that time saying that the president was, in fact, born at Kapi’olani Hospital in Honolulu, Hawaii.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The esteemed governor should have spoken with the Obama website "MyBarackObama.com" in 2008 and made them correct the hospital to Kapi'olani, instead of Queen's Medical Center.
(the second paragraph begins: Barack Hussein OBAMA was born on 4 August 1961 at the Queen's Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii, to Barack Hussein OBAMA, Sr. of Nyangoma-Kogelo, Siaya District, Kenya, and Ann DUNHAM of Wichita, Kansas.)
Or maybe to the editors of Rainbow Edition News Letter published in 2004 by the Education Laboratory School in Hawaii - you know, a full 3 years before Obama's candidacy for POTUS.
I wonder how everybody before this Republican governor got it wrong?
Well to be honest, they ALL didn't get it wrong. But a large contingent did, including a genealogist working for the Library of Congress.
I guess this shows how ol' Barry really doesn't talk to anybody. Maybe he likes playing golf or smoking the wacky weed too much to actually relay info that others need.
Somebody should have taken this as a sign of what an empty suit the man is, how dishonest he is, and what a thoroughly God-awful President he would be.
Oh well, moot point now. We'll have to pick up the pieces behind the impetulant child-man.
Your hypothesis is based on false assumptions.
1) you assume that all countries use the term Negro to identify race. This is easily show to be false as the Kenya census uses “African” as the race indicator. And you ignore the fact the Federal government in 1961 separated those classified as Negro on birth certificates as being only people born in the United States (Obama’s father was not born in the United States).
2) You assume that government fills out the race entries on the birth certificate. This is also false as Hawaii says that it is the parents who fill out the race entries. And you provide zero indication that a man from Kenya would change his race to satisfy a non-existent requirement.
If so, why didn’t the “popular” Mr. Bill release that info early in 2008?
Yeah, a high school charter school reporter doing a story on Obama’s younger sister being a charter school grad got the name of the hospital wrong.
Queen’s Hospital in Honolulu is named for Hawaii Queen Emma and Kapi’olani Hospital is named for Queen Kapi’olani.
Governor Lingle never looked at the actual birth certificate. She just repeated what was said to her by Director of Health Dr. Chiyome Fukino.
Here’s a link to a CNN interview with Dr. Fukino:
https://m.youtube.com/watch?de=&v=e9D4n6_Uifk&desktop_uri=%2Fwatch%3Fv%3De9D4n6_Uifk%26de
Governor Lingle, Dr. Fukino and the charter school publication reporter could be deposed or subpoenaed to testify before a congressional committee in order to clarify their statements but that has never happened.
My hypothesis has nothing to do with anything you’ve put down as a premise. Your statements are irrelevant, even if they were correct (which they are not). You have erected straw men, then knocked them down and declared victory.
I have a simple, a VERY simple hypothesis, one that should be EASILY falsified.
Barack Hussein Obama II is the only human being on the face of the entire Earth who has a 1961 Hawaiian birth certificate with a racial designation of “African” on it.
The only assumptions made are the ones stated in the hypothesis.
Falsify it.
Well, yeah. Like Mitt Romney being the REPUBLICAN governor of Massachusetts, for example.
To be elected Governor of Hawaii, you can’t be a conservative who believes in traditional values. Hell, they’d probably string up any governor who declared marriage to be only between 1 man and 1 woman.
Say, an African Luo tribal father and a Polynesian/Filipino mother?
Would depend on if the Filipina was pure Filipino or part Chinese, as many are, or part Spanish, as the upper classes often are.
Zero’s gotta be only 3/8 black African as one grandmother was white, and the mother’s half - maybe some European amongst Arab?
The best way to know what is publicly know about Zero, is to go back and read the voluminous research threads! Thankfully I read them all, obsessively, and remember a fair bit.
Like I said, fruit salad. No DNA test is going to pick out the grandmother from Jamaica who was part sub-continent Indian iirc, and a grandfather coloured part Irish. As for the maternal side, it's like the turtles that hold up the world; arab all the way down.
Evidently Charlette Le Fevre couldn’t, and when she realized her mistake, she edited her article to suit, then deleted her entire website.
http://www.americanthinker.com/articles/2012/10/just_when_was_obama_born.html
excerpt:
Mary was interviewed before the release of Obama’s purported birth certificate. It was important to have witnesses confirm an early August birth. Susan Blake claimed that Obama was “pink and very new” in late August 1961, just “three-weeks old.” Mary Toutonghi remembers a seven-month-old whom she babysat in the beginning of 1962. The question is — was she mistaken about the date of first encounter?
To jog her memory, Mary recounted the age of her own daughter: “[She] was 18 months old and was born in July of 1959 [this has been verified] and that would have placed the months of babysitting Barack in January and February of 1962.” Those dates, however, don’t add up. A child born in July 1959 would be 18 months old in January/February of 1961, several months before Ann reportedly moved to Seattle.
Perhaps to rectify this problem, Mary tried another way to remember the time she babysat. In a 2009 WND interview, Mary stated, “My daughter was 18 months old and she just had her 50th birthday this year ... so that would make the time around February and March 1962.” Again, the math doesn’t work. The year 2009 minus 50 gives us the correct birth year for Mary’s child, but adding 18 months again brings us to January/February of 1961.
Billy Jeff hinted at it during an ABC interview.
According to THEIR OWN LACKEYS, the Washington Post, the Clintons were the first “birthers”:
http://www.breitbart.com/big-journalism/2015/09/26/washington-post-confirms-hillary-clinton-started-the-birther-movement/
Now, why didn’t this info bust out all over the place? Simple. The only thing that stopped Hillary back in 2008 was a charge of racism. Given Bill’s reaction to such a charge, it’s my opinion that there’s solid evidence out there somewhere of overt racism coming out the Clintons’ mouths.
What if Barack Hussein Obama, II was the ONLY offspring of an indigenous African to be born in Hawaii in 1961?
I would think that your hypothesis is irrelevant to Article II, Section 1 eligibility since a father’s racial designation is not a requirement for being a natural born citizen.
There is no state or federal law which mandates that anyone use a birth certificate to establish thieir identity or citizenship. In fact under federal regulations, a U.S. Passport is primary evidence of citizenship and identity and a birth certificate is considered secondary evidence.
This is a reasonable line of argument. Thank you.
My very first comment in this thread (the one with the booklet bio) was in response to someone saying that anybody who thinks Obama was born in Kenya is, in essence, stupid or insane. If so, the editor of that 1991 booklet was also stupid or insane.
Later, I mentioned my belief that the birth certificate distributed in 2007 was a forgery because it had an anachronism - the racial of “African” for the father’s race. The customary racial designation for blacks in 1961 was “Negro”.
“African-American” is a term that came into use around the late 1980s, and since Obama’s father was not American, it is easy to imagine a young politically-correct forger truncating the designation to “African”.
Another commenter here kept arguing (like I knew he would) about this or that thing to disprove the anachronism, much like how the Kos Diary guys argued that this or that thing would disprove the MS Word forgery of GWB’s TANG documents.
That’s when I came up with a scientific hypothesis, which by definition is easily falsifiable, to make the other commenter realize that he was making ad hoc excuses:
Barack Obama II is the only human being on Earth to possess a 1961 Hawaiian birth certificate with the racial designation of “African” on it.
This is easily falsifiable. Simply find a 1961 Hawaiian birth certificate with “African” on it that is for someone besides Barack Hussein Obama II.
I even loosened up the requirements to make it easier. A birth certificate from 1959 to 1964 will be accepted as falsifying evidence.
I still think a birth certificate not being primary evidence of citizenship is stupid, and shows how stupid legislators really are. They complicate the hell out of everything and in the process screw up what they’re supposed to be fixing.
Both the Index of Hawaii Births 1960-1964 and the “Health Bureau Statistics” articles in the August 13 and August 14, 1961 Honolulu newspapers corroborate the birth date and the state of Hawaii has verified the authenticity of the birth certificate for two Republican Secretaries of State in Arizona and Kansas and for a Ronald Reagan appointed federal judge in Mississippi.
I don’t know what else can be done.
Passports are preferred to birth certificates because birth certificates are easier to forge.
