What if, it is found that President Obama was born in Kenya, and did not meet the requirements to hold the office of POUS, how would that effect the legislation he put into place and the executive orders, court appointments, in other word everything he has done? Everyone thoughts and opinions.

A problem with that theory is that Lolo Soetoro and Ann Dunham didn’t meet each other at the East -West Center of the University of Hawaii until Obama was three years old. Ann Dunham and the baby Barack Obama had been living in Seattle, Washington before that.
A woman named Mary Toutonghi was Obama’s babysitter while his mother was in class at the University of Washington.

That's just the kind of hit and run useless comment that leads nowhere. Who got the sample, how, where was the test done, where were the results published?
Mind you I know B all about DNA. Are you SURE race can be identified with DNA? What about a hybrid? Say, an African Luo tribal father and a Polynesian/Filipino mother?

In 1961 the Federal government told its computer coders that if a birth certificate had the parents race as colored or black or brown or Afro-American that they should code it as Negro if the parent was born in the United States.

However, there is no census coding we can associate with the Obama household in particular. Once again, we have a evidentiary dead-end.
My hypothesis stands: Obama is the only human on Earth who possesses a 1961 Hawaiian birth certificate with an “African” racial designation on it.

Except in Kenya where blacks were referred to as Africans. As shown by the government’s census instructions.

The birth certificate is supposedly a Hawaiian one and thus an American one.
The only census instructions you’ve provided are American.
Are any African nations, such as Kenya, mentioned in those instructions with regards to race? If so, does it say to code as “African”, or “Negro”?
My hypothesis is that Obama is the only human on Earth with a 1961 Hawaiian birth certificate containing a racial designation of “African”.
Produce something that falsifies my hypothesis. Speculation is not evidence. Circumstantial evidence should be relevant and easily lead to falsifying the hypothesis.
