What if, it is found that President Obama was born in Kenya, and did not meet the requirements to hold the office of POUS, how would that effect the legislation he put into place and the executive orders, court appointments, in other word everything he has done? Everyone thoughts and opinions.

From that I speculate she confused Barack Obama’s name with Barack Obama II’s name.
People need to empty their cup, then it can be filled with facts that aren’t mixed up with preconceived ideas that aren’t factual.

I don’t know who you’re talking about. I’m guessing the author of the bio.
I also guess Obama wouldn’t write his own bio to submit to such material, so the author had to rely on other sources? Unusual, to say the least.
If confusion of BHO and BHO II was the issue, then BHO II would have been described as a former Kenyan finance minister, since Sr. was mentioned in the bio as such.

The new ones, the ones that were NOT on Mark’s website a few years back.
If there was a chance of identity theft or document forgery both Congress and a prosecuting attorney in some jurisdiction in this nation would have held hearings and convened a grand jury, subpoenaed documents and witnesses and taken depositions under oath; none of that ever happened.

Hillary put some feelers out in that direction via Philip Berg.
After digging into Wikipedia to look for Berg (in case some reader of this comment was ignorant of him), I found that there were a surprising number of court cases concerning the subject of Obama’s Presidential eligibility:

So “none” is not a good word used to describe it. More like “no successful one”. Like there ever would be if there were vested interests who wanted to shield Obama.
Let’s say anything real actually came up. MSM would attempt to bury it. Democrat judges would knock it down with whatever legalese excuse they could come up with (”no interested parties”, anybody?), sympathetic politicians would spin it with loads of non-sequiturs, in particular “THE MAN’S TOO BUSY RUNNING THE NATION TO ANSWER SUCH INSIGNIFICANT CHARGES, YOU RIGHTWIGNUT!”.
You know, stuff that happened with pretty much anything considered to be damning evidence.
According to the pamphlet, the editor was Miriam Goderich. Once Breitbart published their story about it, she released a statement.

Irrefutable authority in regarding the definition as understood VERY CLEARLY of NBC.

That’s hilarious.
That statement, if true, would make Obama singular among thousands upon thousands of authors.
I Googled the booklet and Goderich’s involvement. The website that had a copy of the bio changed 3 times with Obama’s newest job title change, the last one being in 2007 to change the birthplace to Hawaii. The same year the original short form birth certificate was released.
But if it is indeed true, it merely reflects how the man operates. We’re talking about a President who spoke to General Stanley McChrystal - the man running the Afghanistan war - only once in 70 days during 2009.
By the way, did you ever find that anachronism I mentioned? How old are you, if you don’t mind me asking?

As to the anachronism - I assume it is the race designation of African. But there are logical explanations for that.
So if you meant something else, I’m at a loss.
My post was not meant to reference civil lawsuits (all told there were 226 civil suits, 98 state and federal appellate court rulngs and 27 appeals to the US Supreme Court). I was discussing potential CRIMINAL legal actions for document forgery, identity theft and/or election fraud that might lead to impeachment on grounds of high crimes and misdemeanors.
US District Court Judge R. Barclay Surrick dismissed Berg v Obama and said the lawsuit was “frivolous and not worthy of discussion.” The U.S. Court of Appeals upheld the dismissal and assssed court costs against Berg. Berg then appealed to the Supreme Court for an injunction which was denied and he also appealed for a Writ of Certiorari to have his appeal heard by the full Supreme court. That was also denied.

Once again, assuming it is a legit document, it is one that exists for absolutely no one else on Earth: a legitimate 1961 Hawaiian birth certificate with a racial designation of “African” on it.
